The 21st Century Fellowship for Teaching and Learning is transforming education by equipping teachers with the tools to engage students in deeper, more meaningful learning. What began with a small group of educators has grown into a movement, expanding across schools and strengthening instructional practice, leadership, and coaching. Research shows the Fellowship is increasing student engagement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills—building a lasting foundation for innovative teaching and empowered learning.

“It’s the transformation of the kids, the transformation of the teachers that always blows my mind.  That is what I hear when I have conversations with teachers in the Fellowship.  They all say the same thing, ‘This is why I got into teaching.'”

– Christian Angel, Principal Columbus City Schools.
