Building a Model for Mastery Learning

The Mastery School of Hawken is a new project and problem-based, ungraded high school near Cleveland, Ohio built entirely around mastery learning. Korda’s teaching methodology, rooted in science and centered on students learning while solving real and complex problems for local organizations, is the foundation of the educational and instructional framework of the Mastery School.
